For most beaches in Chalki, there are bus routes as well as small boats that cover these distances. The schedules are very frequent and operate throughout the day, so having a car on the island is not necessary. We would like to inform everyone who wishes to visit the island of Chalki that the use of cars or mopeds within the settlement is strictly prohibited from May 1st to October 31st.
The island has a 15-kilometer road network that connects the settlement with many areas of the island.
There is also a taxi service. Cars, motorcycles, and bicycles are not available for rent on the island.
If you arrive by private boat, there is a marina where you can dock your vessel.
